L&A Partners is an executive-search firm. We are currently seeking on behalf of a client, an international listed company, a BU HR Controller & C&B Manager (m/f).

Key Responsibilities

The position involves taking over the management of HR Controlling and C&B of the Business Unit (5 divisions, 7BE sales, 40K employees and around 90 sites worldwide).

You will coordinate the BU HR network in order to prepare key HR processes (monthly closing, budget, strategic plan, salary & performance review) for the Business Unit.
 

Main responsibilities :

HR Controlling :

• Coordinate the 5 Division HR Controllers (functional management) to ensure monthly headcount follow-up and forecast ;
• Manage the headcount & footprint evolution through the preparation of the budget and the strategic plan ;
• Prepare detailed analysis of staff cost to explain differences of actual against budget and forecast and insuring presentations to Top Management (VP & EVP level) ;
• Coordinate cost-related and efficiency projects ensuring correct cost allocation in long-term planning ;
• Coordinate the production of Annual Social Report for the BU;
• Take leadership in various digitization & HRIS projects

Compensation & Benefits :

• Apply compensation & benefits policies and communicate them to employees
• Lead the annual salary review process, ensuring that Group’s job grading is properly used
• Answer employee and management queries related to compensation & benefits
• Ensure that the organization comply with local law in terms of compensation & benefits
• Ensure that required records and reports are maintained ans issued
• Assure that benefit costs comply with the budget

Management:

• 1 analyst & functional management of the 5 division HR controllers

Qualifications:

• Extensive professional experience in C&B and/or HR Controlling within manufacturing groups, at different levels (site / division / region...)
• International company, and matrix organization experience is a plus
• Demonstrated good communication skills and autonomy as a soft skill
• Excellent Excel Skills. SAP/ERP system is a plus
• Fluency in English mandatory
